Documentation is a challenge in Rwanda, a trilingual country.  Our staff contains rwandapones, anglophones, francophones, and people who are bilingual and trilingual.  FPH has spent a lot of effort trying to come to a common language policy for our documents, but we still have some way to go.  Unfortunately, not all of the documents will be available in all three official languages (Kinyarwanda, English, and French).  Our apologies if the document for which you are looking is not available in your preferred language.
